A manufacturer of lighting control systems needed a rugged case for their 45# lighting display demo system. Cases-Cases provided a complete solution including design of the case, special mounting hardware, a bezel plate and installation of internal to external power connectors and wiring. The photos below show the heavy duty rolling cart cases, including rugged edge casters, retractable pull handle, and protective bumpers, an installed controller, decorative bezel panel and through wall power connector.

A Web Media company needed a two case set for remote web cast productions. The 2 case set included a rackmount case and a monitor case. The rackmount case was used to mount a Compaq rackmount server, UPS, and a router. The second case was a monitor case for the monitor, keyboard and accessories. Cases-Cases provided the 2 semi-custom cases with all equipment mounted and prewired. The case solution included a Purple RMC14-27-5 case with removable casters, caster storage, a keyboard tray, and custom Compaq compliant mounting brackets. The monitor case, shown below, was designed to house the 19" monitor, keyboard, cables and accessories. In addition to the case hardware, Cases-Cases performed mounting and installation of all customer-provided equipment and power up testing prior to shipping.

A major trade union needed an integrated shipping and operations case for use during road shows, trade shows and conventions. Cases-Cases designed a one-case solution that included a rackmount case with shelves, storage drawers and table kits. Cases-Cases modifed the standard shelves for secure attachment during transportation. Cases-Cases designed the case, modified the standard items and integrated, and pre-cabled all of the hardware prior to shipping.

Cases-Cases developed a multi case set of 19" rack mount and special shipping cases for a major professional services firm. Over $150,000 of Compaq rack mount equipment ships safely and securely in the 2 stackable rack mount cases. Cases Cases designed the rack mount cases utilizing stock cases but include custom mounting brackets and cable management hardware. The special shipping case allows for the set-up, cabling and operation of 12 laptops in the case on sliding aluminum shelves.The single lid case includes 19" rackmount brackets for 2 UPS's, 2 KVM switches, 1 Cisco switch and two 1U rack mount power distribution units. Cases-Cases developed the case, performed the case modifications and installation of the UPS's, PDU's and cable management hardware. This timetable for this project was 3 weeks from inception to shipment of first Pilot Units. Application: Windows 2K upgrade system.
